"Sounds good to me!" Maze inwardly smiled "Like, can I see the emerald so I can use it?" she held her talon out.

[Rix]

A transmission played in Maze's head.

"Hey. Is this.. Metal Blazz?"

[Jamie Lee]

Maze's eyes flickered subtly as the transmission interrupted her, without showing any outward changes in her attitude or posture, she sent a silent reply through her com-link.
"Like, yeah, I'm Metal Blaze, who's this?"

[Rix]

A short pause while she cringed.

"Yeah, I'm ES-002 Selica. Eggman wants me to help you find some silly emeralds or something. Should I meet you wherever you are or should I just go for the closest one?"

[Jamie Lee]

"Ooo, yeah, okees! You, like, caught me riiiight before I was about to get into something, totally good timing there! Okay, like, gimmie a minute to wrap something up here and then I'll tell you when you can come meet me, kay?"

Whatever was going on, it looks like that stupid kid has that robot on her side, which is bad because Barby can't have her revenge. Oh well, she decided that she can show someone the photo of that girl she took, and tell them she has a dangerous jewel.

Quietly, Barby snuck towards the back door before that robot notices her.

[Jamie Lee]

Without warning, Maze's hand shot forward, detecting where the mouse had stashed the sol emerald and snatching it away from her.
"Like, sorry and junk, but last minute change of plans, kay? Maybe some other time!"
She held the gem above her head "SOL CONTROL!"
In a flash of light she vanished. Seconds later... she reappeared. Setting the hat Sipp wanted on her head.
She turned at Barby, beaming brightly. Without warning she shot her hand out in the direction of the koala and sent a generous helping of flames at her.

Holding the gem out again, she once again shouted "SOL CONTROL!" and was gone again in another flash, this time permanently.[rand=96235694648393697539770084585523496789937155727958711521131013183]

Just as soon as she reached the door, she noticed the heat getting intense. Looking behind her, she spotted huge flames gaining on her.

"GAAAHH!!!" she dived behind a desk, but when she did, the fire blew the desk to chunks, flinging the girl off the floor.

After landing on her arm, she weakly stood up, tending her poor arm. She saw the mouse kid, and that robo dog, but it looked like that robot was gone. She remembered taking a peek before that fire, and saw that bot take the emerald.

"Jeez, wasn't THAT so hard, ya crazy nutter?"

Standing to her feet, Barby walked towards the broken front door, still rubbing her arm.

"You're on your own, kid. Go find your mommy. Ow..."

[Serynth]

ST and the minions rushed from their hiding spots, waving their weapons. "Um... we would have helped, but you obviously had the situation under control."

Quickly turning around so as to avoid any potential wrath, ST held a fist in the air. "Three cheers for the Sippstress! For she is the bringer of all that is good and hatlike!"

All the minions began cheering wildly. Somewhere along the line a count was lost, and it turned out being more like 16 1/2 cheers.

[Sipp]

The sudden removal of the emerald left Sipp in a disoriented state. "What..."

Many things happened, most of which she barely noticed. When she came to her senses Barby was gone, and ST was talking to her. And then cheering. She seemed absolutely nothing like her usual self, or even her sol self. She looked... almost... nervous?

"What happened?" she asked quietly. "Why the cheering?

Long pause, then in an even smaller voice, "...My emerald..."
